Candidate statement
I am a specialist in the history of Catholic higher education. My new book, Jesuit Colleges and Universities in the United States: A History was published in 2022 by Catholic University of America Press and is the first book to provide a comprehensive history of all Jesuit higher education activity in the country. My work has appeared in the Journal of Catholic Education, the Journal of Catholic Higher Education, Newman Studies Journal, and elsewhere, and I sit on the editorial board of Jesuit Higher Education: A Journal.
