Membership and Cancellation Policy
ACHA membership provides members with full access to ACHAhistory.org and subscription, in print or electronic format, to the Catholic Historical Review.
Membership fees are billed annually, every two years, or every three years, depending on the membership term a member selects. Members who register and pay online via credit card have the option to have their memberships renewed automatically upon expiration. A member may request to decline to renew his membership by contacting the ACHA or by making the request via his user account. Our contact information is listed at the bottom of every page on achahistory.org.
Membership fees are as follows:
- Regular membership: $60
- Emeritus/a membership: $40
- Student membership: $20
- Full professor membership: $70
Members who purchase a membership that includes a subscription to the print version of the Catholic Historical Review will pay a $40 premium ($50 for members with overseas mailing addresses).
Memberships cannot be canceled and fees will not be refunded before their expiration date.
Refund Policy for Online Registrations
- Online event registrations are fully refundable if canceled more than 30 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued if canceled 30 or fewer days before an event is held.
- Any exceptions to the above policy will be included in the “cancellation policy” section of a specific event registration form, which will be clearly displayed before making payment. In most cases, the cancellation policy will be identical to the terms stated above.
