Graduate Student Travel Grant Submissions

The Presidential Graduate Student Travel Grant is awarded annually to a student or students presenting at the Annual or Spring Meetings.

We are now accepting applications for travel grants for the 2026 Annual Meeting in Chicago. Please complete the form below.

The grant is intended to offset travel expenses for the student. Any ACHA Student Member enrolled in a graduate program of study is eligible to apply. Full information about the grant is available here.

Submission deadline: October 15, 2025

To apply, you must:

  1. Complete the submission form below
  2. Have a letter of recommendation submitted directly by the letter-writer using this form.
