Stonehill College, founded in 1948 and continually sponsored by the Congregation of Holy Cross, located in southeast Massachusetts, welcomes all to the spring 2013 meeting of the ACHA.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Paper proposals concerning any aspect of Catholic history are welcome and should be sent to Fr. Rick Gribble, CSC at [email protected].
Submissions close on February 5, 2013.

All sessions and dinner will be held in the Martin Institute on campus.  For lunch on Friday the student dining commons is about a ten minute walk from the Martin Institute.
Presenters and all participants should plan on arriving on Thursday, April 4. The conference sessions will commence on Friday morning, April 5, and will conclude at noon on Saturday, April 6.

REGISTRATION FEE

$75 which includes welcome reception, dinner on Friday, and coffee, etc, between sessions.

ACCOMMODATIONS

• Residence Inn by Marriott (2 miles maximum from Stonehill): Studio or One bedroom both $119.00/night
• Holiday Inn Express (approximately 5 miles from Stonehill): Single $98.00/night Double $109.00/night

Both hotels have free breakfast.  We will have shuttle to run between hotels and campus in the AM and after sessions. Participants will be encouraged to rent cars if they fly to Boston or Providence as it is VERY difficult to get from the airports to campus via public transportation and there is no “Super Shuttle” or equivalent service at either airport.
