The American Catholic Historical Association has formed an exciting new partnership with H-Catholic. H-Catholic is a member list of H-Net Humanities and Social Sciences Online, a group of over 180 free online communities with about 200,000 subscribers in all networks from all over the globe. H-Net networks are open access public platforms that are run by over 300 volunteers who moderate, organize content, and post to the lists. This partnership will allow the ACHA to more broadly advocate for our area of study.
Presently the new H-Net Committee is looking for members as well as for those interested in working on book reviews, being a network editor, content creators, etc. These positions are open to scholars and graduate students or all levels. You will need to apply to H-Net and editors will need to take H-Net training to learn how to administer the site. Questions can be directed to Stephanie Jacobe, H-Net editor at [email protected].
