Submit a non-traditional presentation proposal

This is the submission form for non-traditional presentations only. This includes book discussions, site visits, or anything that’s not a traditional paper-based presentation or panel.

Tell us the activity you are proposing. For example, "A site visit to the university archives," or "A book panel" on a specific title.

Request for A/V equipment
We encourage you to incorporate multimedia into your presentations, but please keep in mind: 1) Let us know now so that we can reserve the equipment from the venue at the lowest cost possible. 2) You must provide your own laptop or source. The venue only provides the projector/screen and cables.

Why are you requesting the A/V equipment?*
E.g., for a PowerPoint, video presentation, etc. If you need anything more exotic than a projector and amplification for your computer, please tell us here. We'll try to accommodate you, but cannot make guarantees.
Presentation policy*
All those appearing on the ACHA program must be members of the ACHA, although membership is not required to submit a proposal. In addition, all presenters must be registered for the AHA annual conference.
